·         Hideaway in the Woods’ Day Sutton Bank National Park Centre, Sutton Bank, Thirsk –  North York Moors National Park – Fri 16th The Centre is also offering an action packed ‘Hideaway in the Woods’ day Trying different forms of camouflage, children can try to ‘disappear’ from the rest of the group. They’ll also get to build a weatherproof shelter from materials found in the woodland which will be tested to see how watertight they are! The day costs £15 and is suitable for children aged 9 to 14.
